Does clean eating getting any more delicious? Is Instagram the holy grail of healthy recipes that make your eyes pop out of their sockets? For the answer we look to @Mindful_Mouthful, a South African foodie who’s beautiful plant based creations we’ve been featuring on the @Superlattebar feed.

The incredible Louise Chaplin is honestly a genius when it comes to all things chia seed. Fortunately for us she’s also a fan of our Red Velvet Latte Blend, which means we’ve been blessed with this  fantastic Chia Pudding Parfait recipe idea. Celebrating the naturally sweet flavours of beetroot and cocoa, along with that inviting crimson colour unique to beetroot, Louise’s Chia Pudding would be just as comfortable on the breakfast table as it would on the dessert menu.
